The Comiclopedia is an international comics encyclopedia where you'll find over two thousand comic artist biographies with sample illustrations and related website links. If you want to learn more about European comic artists in particular, this is the place to do it.

Still one of the best Flash™ sites I've seen, the French Globz.net has added a bunch of new stuff. Check out their new Food Frenzy and the Oggy games. Gameplay is simple but the animation is very nice, ranging from simple and abstract to Ren-and-Stimpy style. You'll need Macromedia's Flash player to access it.
